Isagenix Renews and Expands Customer Insight Contract with FlexMR
Isagenix Customer Panels Now Span 8 Countries and 2 Languages.
FlexMR, a leading cloud-based market research platform and professional services provider of insight projects, communities and panels, announced today its contract renewal with Isagenix, a company whose vision is be the largest and most respected health and wellness company in the world. Specifically, this renewal agreement includes a continuation of an Isagenix English language customer panel comprised of customers in markets including the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UK, plus a new Spanish speaking panel comprised of customers in markets including Mexico, Columbia, Spain and the US and the Canadian Hispanic population.
In their renewal agreement, Isagenix has contracted a large number of FlexMRexpert service units in addition to software licenses. These units can be applied to any aspect of any research panel project from design all the way through to analysis and reporting; part service or full service. Isagenix has direct access to tools within the FlexMRplatform, so that its employees can run their own projects DIY when desired.
